Glastonbury's famous Pyramid Stage |
The final batch of tickets which were made available this morning were gone in a staggering 16 minutes as fans who missed out previously rushed to make sure they didn’t miss out this time.
Earlier this morning tickets that had previously been cancelled or hadn’t been paid in full were once again made available from 9am.
Shortly after 9am – just 16 minutes to be exact – a tweet came through from the official Glastonbury account which apologised to those who had missed out – they were all gone.

Glastonbury will return in June but Oasis WON’T be there. |
The tweet read: “The Glastonbury 2014 resale tickets have now sold out. Thanks to everyone who tried to buy one, and apologies to those who missed out.”
Now, the countdown is on for one of the biggest festivals the UK has to offer and the line-up is just incredible. One thing about Glastonbury is that they never disappoint.
Unfortunately though for fans of Oasis who thought that a few cryptic tweets sent by Liam Gallagher earlier in the week meant a reunion, if they do – it certainly won’t be at Glastonbury.
One twitter user asked Emily Eavis to clear up the Oasis rumours and she promptly did saying that Oasis won’t be playing Glastonbury this year.
We know most of the line-up now but a “special guests” on the poster has got many people talking about who that could be. For now “they” can’t be announced. Who could it be.
Some of the names going to Glastonbury this year include Arcade Fire, Kasabian, Dolly Parton, The Black Keys, Elbow, Lily Allen, Lana Del Rey, Skrillex, Disclosure and Paolo Nutini.
Though, those are just some of the names we picked from the poster which can be seen above, check out the rest for yourself. Festival season is almost here and we hope it’s a sunny one!
